When does a battlefield end?

From our experience, there wasn't any encounter of any battlefields ever closed. If there are new battlefields being opened, they are usually comprised of a collection of new players. We've asked around about this matter, and found out that a merged group from the withered population of older battlefields are given the chance shift to a new battlefield. As to what they get to transfer with in terms of items and progress in the new battlefield, we have yet to affirm from any person of actual account - the scope and limitations of the transfer.

During a battlefield merge players keep everything they have, nothing is lost. AMS will give a merge package of various resources, speedups, gold, etc. 7-days prior to merge to compensate for the hassle of the merge. Everyone is automatically started on a 3 day aegis "bubble." If you started an aegis prior to merge 3 days will be added to it automatically. Players are random ported in throughout the battlefield and this process takes 24-48 hours but usually much less. Additionally, players are merged at different times.
