How do I capture other corps officers?

Capturing Officers only work with higher level players when they battle. Pre-requisite to this are the following:
1. Both (battling) players must have 10 or more Officers.
2. Both (battling) players' HQ must at least be level 18.
3. The player must defeat his/her foe.
4. Available space / Unoccupied Prison.
