How many fragments are required to rank up an officer at each lvl? I want to be able to figure out what 2 ranks would have to be combined to produce a max rank officer

The required number of fragments increases as you increase them. for instance, to get to the second rank, you'll be required to gather 100 fragments, or sacrifice the same type of officer. Once you reach the second rank, you'll need 140 fragments in order to upgrade that officer's rank to 3. You can most likely expect that required value to increase as their rank is upgraded.
