When you go to the Departments building then click on the Command side, which officers in the entire game are best suited for each category? For example, Commissary, Engineer, Technician, Strategist, and also when you're level 30 the Auditor?

The game automatically suggests which officers are best suited for a department (that you currently have) as it takes into consideration their current rank (which amplifies their special skills' effect).
