How much spray is required to get to level 200 of troop strengthening?

This depends on what officers you have that may buff the use of spray like Amaterasu. If she is maxed skill and assigned to your logistics department it will take about 55 million spray for each troop type after they reach lieutenant status. So for all 4 troop types you are looking at about 220m in spray. Hope this helps.
