How to get higher level tiles without sacrificing troops.....?

You will loose some amount of troops while taking tiles, depending on the level of tiles you are attacking. The higher tiles more of the troops will be damaged. But u need to upgrade your coalition base to take higher level tiles and to reduce your troops damage.
