My state is moving to NAP the top 10 alliances, which leaves anyone who does not want to join those or does not meet their requirements out-of-the-loop completely, and open to attack from the top 10 alliances. Doesn't the NAP go against the premise of the game? And with the latest Quest, which includes plundering and attacks against other players, those players not in the top 10 are essentially dog meat! This just is not seem to fit in with the game as it was designed. Am I missing something, or is that how it really is?

Nap 10 is the general starting Nap in most newer states. This is almost never a problem as the top alliances each have their own protected “Farm Alliances” you will be Gina and if you have any friends who don’t meet the requirements, they should join a farm alliance. Eventually your state will go Total Nap, or the state will most likely become a dead state as many (if not all) of the top players will migrate out of the state when state immigration opens. This will allow them to grow more in a much larger/powerful state!

Early on the game changes from player vs player, to state vs state. To help the state grow and win CoZ/CoA, you need to stop attacking each other and work together to beat your opponent state.

Also you'll start doomsday which requires states to participate and collaborate together.

Nap 10 can be appropriate, depending on who it excludes or how many people it excludes. Most states go to Nap for everyone very quickly - there's lots of moving between alliances and you dont want to get burned for being out of an alliance for an hour, too.

The killing quests can be done easily by negotiating trades on state chat - you dont need to attack the loners or the smaller alliances. Everyone deserves a change to grow - and if there's internal conflict, you'll never win any COZ which will further slow your growth.

All state government stuff is extra to game, but it's all really necessary to avoid a dictatorship or a state losing every single day. You dont want that. Build an alliance, join an alliance, or you'll be excluded from lots of things to come - Oblivion, Eden, DD, CoZ, etc.

It’s because they are too lazy to make farms, so you are the farm
