How do I random consult visit?

You might have meant Consort Visit. To randomly perform a random consort visit, simply go to your "Harem", and from there, go to the Consort building. You'll see the list of consorts that you currently have. On the bottom most part of the screen, you'll see the option to "Random Visit" a consort. Visiting a consort will generally give the consort XP and the chance to improve intimacy with them -- all of which plays part in improving your overall power.
