How to get Diamond Rings?

Diamond Ring is a very rare item that is used when you try to arrange a proposal to other heirs (This one specifically used for Master/Supreme grade Prince or Princess). Diamond Rings are usually among the rarest of prizes in different in-game events. Additionally, they can sometimes be found on offered in-app purchased packages.
