Hello, I am a farmer class, so I know I have the negative 30% sieging defense and attack. So my question is, if I upgrade the calvary war room (which provides siege attack buff when all my formation is calvary), will the 30% be reduced?

The buff from the war room will increase your potential attack and then the farmer debuff will reduce it by 30%. you will still be better off.
If your potential attack was 100 before but farmer meant it was 70
Then if the war room increases it to 120, the debuff will take 30% off that which leaves 84. These numbers are made up of course but that's the idea.
