I had to give my phone to repair so I deleted all the apps before repair and now when I try to login..

I had to give my phone to repair so I deleted all the apps before repair and now when I try to login I can't login with the device id. Every time I tap login with device id it only opens with new account. How do I retrieve my old acc back?
