Where to get Enhance Badges?

There Boss fight in the Campaign randomly drops them as reward, or through time-limited events that reward you with fragments of it (combine them to make a complete Enhance Badge), or from events like Fortify and Ranking Rush (among the reward items), or once per day in the Store.
