What to do with Heir?

Basically, the talent of your heir is determined by the Intimacy level you share with the Consort from which you've fathered this offspring. You can get different grades of offspring ranging from Ordinary, Gifted, Talented, Brilliant, and Genius -- which denotes their actual level cap and at the same time affect the growth of their basic attributes (what they share to your Vizier/Consort) as they level up.
