Is there a way to unlink a facebook or gmail account once it is linked to the game account? The game is linked with my personal gmail and facebook accounts. I would like to unlink the game account from my FB and gmail accounts and link to a different gmail account so that I can pass the game account to somebody else

Yes. but it is done through facebook, not the game. see the link here for teh steps to unbind any app or game from facebook.
