Auto play can be helpful when you grind certain levels for specific rewards, but its not always best as the AI wont always make the best decisions.

It may use skills that are not needed at the time or miss the best opportunities to give you the best chance to win.

You may still be able to play with auto play but keep an eye on the game play to spot where you can intervene for better results.
