The Character Encyclopedia allows you to view in-depth data for all characters in the game, regardless if you already own them or not. This is a good way to have a preview which characters you’ll want to include in your team eventually and help you decide your future/current team builds. There are two ways of accessing the Character Encyclopedia:

1. Via the History > Encyclopedia option


From the home screen, tap History in the lower-left corner then select Encyclopedia. The character slots with visible portraits in them are characters you’re able to get via Gacha.

2. Via the Gacha Rate-Up Screen


From the Gacha screen, tap the S Rate button to access the character pool. Select the character you want to view then tap the View Char. Detail button on the lower-right corner.

So what can you see in the Encyclopedia?


You can toggle the full-screen view of the characters you own, as well as their alternate portraits.

* Overview: An overview of the character’s origin, his/her role in combat, and other capacities such as if the character has the ability to cast shields, heal, inflict status effects or more.
* Skills: The two attack skills, Ult skill, and passive skills of the character will be listed here as well.
* Cross: This displays all the available Cross partnerships the character can have. Try to build your team around these cross combos.
* Talent: This shows the character’s exclusive talent.
* Eidos: This will allow you to see the character’s different Eidos versions.
