When you reach castle lv 13 you can start building your second depot (you have to first upgrade your first depot to lv 10)

The warehouse depots are controlled by buildings. Upgrade each building to increase the cap.
Each resource type has 3 buildings in total. When the first reached level 10 you can build the second and then when that reaches level 10 you can build the third.
There is also some research you can do that will give a further small increase to the cap.

My daily awards told me to upgrade my “depot” otherwise I could lose valuable resources. This answer did not help me whatsoever. What depot exactly do they mean? How do I find said depot bc I have no clue what a depot really it? New here still working things out In early beginning, tutorials, so just want to make sure I don’t do any TV big stupid snd lose resources bc I am a rookie!Guest Replied

It means to upgrade your storages like ale food etc. It needs a place to put these resources for you. So if you upgrade these buildings you'll increase the cap to accept your daily rewards. Hope that helpedGuest Replied

if you click on these resources at the top of your screen. Then click Increase ... storage. you can build storages.Guest Replied
When it just says depot and doesn't specify which one that seems to mean all the storage buildings are in need of upgrading. Upgrade the Charcoal storage and then check back, it should then give a list of the rest of the storage buildings. Add your answer
