I got to the point where it says to call phone number 3450 and it just rings with no answer. Nothing else progresses at this point of the game. What should I do? If I delete the game and redownload it, will all of my progress be deleted?

Hey, it should tell you a different # right?, before that it has press 1 and three, but before that it has the phone# then type 13 then the code
