I saw some ppl has single legion power over 10M. Mine with well developed dragon hardly reached 8M. How to make my legions stronger?

Always keep your training ground up to the same level as your castle. Make sure you have skill 1 and six all the way up. Make sure you have the development heroes that have the skills for the military.
