I created a farm account, castle lvl 5, I only have 1 newbie teleport not 2 and I can't move my farm to my state. I found my state, clicked, double clicked, triple clicked on it and it's not doing anything, doesn't open the province so I can teleport. Is it because it's RoC time and newbie teleports may not work during RoC? Or is there something wrong and I should delete this farm and start over?
Did you bind the account to your main castle. IM30 is recommended. Some states the empower will close the state so you have to have them open it for you. Some time the game glitches. You can build up gold to teleport to the state but keep your farms at level 5 until you move it.
