Can the camouflage attack be used when it's not Eden. I've seen it used and it was used on me before...

Can the camouflage attack be used when it's not Eden. I've seen it used and it was used on me before. Just don't know if it can be used now. Can any of the specialty items be used after eden is over‽ I know during tally the only thing that I've got to work is the green points to the left the honor bonus and the and the bonus honor 1. And the one only works if you have left over working upgrades which I just learned. Next season I will fill my workers with upgrades
