What level of coalition base camp needs to be for me to occupy level 5 territory?

Level 5 requires 600 Loyalty to take with no extra damage. Each coalition base camp level gives 100 loyalty, it you have more than one CBC then these add up. So you need 6 levels in total. You can also get extra loyalty from placing the specialty points in the blue section to the right.
