Why is it that when a castle skin is announced by developers on Facebook it doesn't appear in the app. Checked benefit center, no updates needed, and nothing in the shop to even buy it. Where do we get the exchange items for these decors?

Usually it takes few days from the announcement to the release of them. But don't worry, when new skins are available you'll definitely notice it. They are very well advertised.
