I have reached buildings cap I am on castle 20 and I need to get wood storage level 3 to gain enough..

I have reached buildings cap I am on castle 20 and I need to get wood storage level 3 to gain enough wood to upgrade castle how can this be done? Ie can you remove a try tie to rebuild another

You need to upgrade lumber storage. If your storage reached level 10, a new lumber storage will be available (Lumber Storage II probably). There are no other options. You need to upgrade your storages.
