I am stuck in level 24 and upgrade to 25 but I'm facing a problem, I have only 7 houses and every house..

I am stuck in level 24 and upgrade to 25 but I'm facing a problem, I have only 7 houses and every house is at max population 49 and for upgrading the next level required 350 please confirm how to increase this situation?

There is an additional amount of population provided by the Castle. Make sure your population is full by filling the tavern and you should have enough to start the upgrade.
