My base got attacked so much that it disintegrated how do I get my troops back where are they at?

You ve just been " zeroed " : the castle's defence has gone down to zero so your castle has randomly teleported elsewhere. Some of your troops must be dead, you can't have them back ( except if you use tower of exiles which is not recommended, it s too expensive), but some of your troops are only injured, and you can heal them in medical tents.
