I’m in Season X-8 in ROC and I have hit 60+ resource tiles with no increase in my Personal Achievement score. Why am I not getting points?

The personal achievement score points comes from completing certain quests during the event. Taking tiles my help you complete the quests but you don't get the personal achievement score for each one. You will gain honor points though.
