You go to the spring festival icon and click on Wish Crystal icon. Then you can see on the top right the exchange shop tab!

While viewing inside your town look at the icon near the top right. There is the shop / offer at the top, then the Benefits center and then Events. The exchange shops appear in the benefits center when it is active. Guest Replied
