How do you take the first tile with no adjacent taken by anyone you gotta start somewhere right?

You can take tiles next to alliance structures, the Alliance center or any alliance members honor buildings.

When you enter ROC your castle will automatically placed by the system. You can start taking tiles by sending troops next to your castle. Need to upgrade coalition base to take high level tiles.
