Buildings can't be removed and rebuilt so either it has been placed in a separate location to the rest of your medical tents, or something has gone wrong. Have a good look around to see if it is somewhere else in the town. This may be easier if you can get some wounded in it that need healing as you will then see the red glow.

If you still don't find it then you will need to contact the game support to report it and see if they can restore it for you.
