Requirements for T10 troops: Castle lvl. 25, Institute lvl. 25, research for footmen, archers and cavalry to full (in other words you have to have T9 troops) and then they can be opened through "lofty warrior" research (bunch of war medals required). Individually for each sort, T10 footmen, T10 archers and T10 cavalry.

The above unlocks Lofty Warriors not T10. You need to research, Tactical Elite 3 1 REPORT
