Besides buying a package with real $$ is there a way to acquire "Specialty Resets" in RoC?

Besides buying a package with real $$ is there a way to acquire "Specialty Resets" in RoC? I had some from season 1, but used them to get extra buildings at start of RoC.

you can buy them in the Honor shop

Yes. Go to the institute of war and click honor shop and choose which type of reset you want basic or specialty.

There are 2 you can get... 1. Is 10,000 and has a 7 day cooldown. 2. Other is 50,000 and no cooldown.
