Hello all, if you destroy your enemy's alliance center 4 in ROC will it give you do option to place..

Hello all, if you destroy your enemy's alliance center 4 in ROC will it give you do option to place a rally point next to ac2, and 3?

I'm only r3 and don't know the specifics for placing rally points, but I've been in wars with multiple rally points to take one AC. So I don't think you are limited to one and I know I've seen rally points set at a AC2 when we were almost done with AC1.
