In your Alliance you got the option to buy Stones in the Alliance store. Normally after that, you go to Alliance=>Building=>Donate. Unfortunately I don’t have the “Building” option listed under my Alliance. I am C7. Any help?

It comes back when an event with alliance building starts up again, probably Reign of Chaos.
