Is there a limit the number of hero tokens you can gain everyday?

There is a limit on how may you can get for free.

You can get 20 from the third box of hourly challenges, but only up to 3 times a day (Max 60)

The 3rd, 6th and 9th boxes of CoP rewards have tokens although the amount can depend on your zone commemoration research.

There are rare opportunities to get them from other event rewards.
