No, its just there for those that spend money.

Actually, there is a way, but it does not depend on what you do. First, you need to be in alliance where more than a few players are the big spenders. Their purchases at over 100€ (or 100$, I'm not completely sure) will give to everyone in the alliance a "legendary" gift which will contain 100 VIP badges. Given that you need 10.000 of them to actually open the VIP shop, this could be a lengthy process. 3 0 REPORT
