You've earned the points for the hourly challenge. You have three different chests you can earn. If you haven't collected them you will get this notification so you can still claim your prize.

This refers to the hourly challenges that are in the game, Check the Event Menu (top right area of the screen) to see what the current hourly challenge is. You get rewards for doing the right activities at the right time. There are up to 3 rewards to earn each hour.

You can check our schedule of hourly events to see what happens each day.

If you score points and earn rewards chests but do not claim them during the hour then you are sent mails with the rewards in them to claim.

Completing these and also the Clash of Provinces event rewards each day is the best way to earn good rewards in the game.

You'll get these when you earn an hourly chest that you don't physically claim. It's the game's way of making sure you don't miss any earned rewards that you may have missed collecting yourself
