Do accumulated honor points carry over to the next roc season or is it just the specialization level..

Do accumulated honor points carry over to the next roc season or is it just the specialization level and spec points?

Tally week just started and I would like to take advantage of the daily honor point buff on "green left". I know however that I won't reach a new specialization level with them. Is it still worth it or just a waste of time?

Yes all progress on your specialization / honor points will remain between seasons.
