Your first lumber storage will hold a max of 1 million wood at lvl 10, which is probably what your seeing, but to see your maximum storage for all your lumber storage (both 1 and 2) just click on your lumber total at the top of the screen. This will show you what you have and what you can hold in lumber... but if you just built lumber storage 2, I know at lvl 1 it holds 1 million lumber and will hold a maximum of 45 million I believe.
