If you bound your previous game to an external account then you need to play through the tutorial until you can access the settings menu. Then go to the account option and log into your old game again.

If you didn't bind the game then you only option is to do the same but tap on the link in Settings > Account that says 'Retrieve lost account' this will let you contact the game support with your details and ask them to help you recover the game.
