I have been playing Eden for 3 weeks now, trying to figure out if there is another goal besides attacking buildings and getting as high a score as possible? Is there a particular point that needs to be reached on the map? Or because I want to get a lot of points I attack stronger structures that are in other places and that is why every time I move to another place.
Your points when attacking building structures come from how much demolition damage you do. So focusing on increasing your demolition power by, for example, using footmen instead of other types as they are higher demo... or increasing troop count etc is a good way to boost points.
With regards to goals, there are 3 main channels:
1: Guild occupation status - the main one with the biggest rewards. Controlling structures as a guild gives you an occupation score... the higher the score the more rewards at the end.
2: personal points... achieved by completing the quests available in the season tab... rack those up to get yourself some extra rewards
3: the elite season level counter quests. Complete quests to level up your Eden level. If you purchase the elite pack the rewards you get for the levels is dramatically increased and I believe is worth the money.
Once you get to tile levels of 14 15 and 16 tiling these over and over is also a strong way to level up your guild score.
The other key element is trying to increase your specialised skill trees by getting as much honour points as possible.
Best beginner route to take is blue - go left till you've unlocked 1 extra processing channel, then go right to unlock the loyalty boosting skills.
This is a very simple and very effective way to maximise your progress
