Why does it say invalid format when I enter my email to bind my account?

I believe the game will check for a valid email address format. Possibly you are putting spaces or some other incorrect character. Or it may be a bug in the game that doesn't recognize all email addresses correctly.

Double check what you are entering and if it still doesnt work then contact the game support and let them know your email address and ask them to check why its not working.
