Can you buy diagrams to get castle skin?

There is only 1 castle skin that can be purchased with diagrams, but this one only changes the look in your city. It doesn't change the appearence of your castle on the world map. The ones you want that you see around your state are either purchased with real $$ or during events like one for chests by killing marauders/gathering and then exchange them for temporary skins.
