I have joined the alliance and merge it with other alliance, my castle is showing in member list but problem is that on the map alliance tag is not showing, not able to see the alliance chat?

Go to your alliance tab and click members to see if you are still an R1. This is most likely the reason... you can ask your r4/r5 to promote you to r2.
