How many speciality points should you target to have by the end of ROC season 1?

It is possible to reach 40 with resets and speedups, but most people will end RoC 1 with around 25-30 Spec points.

It really will depend on how you use your points... I will put point into the blue - left upper to get 3 extra processing spots. To get maximum spec. points, after the blue (24 for 3+ slots) I go green - up center for exp.
