I've played RoE for about six hours and, alas, am not very experienced.
Since about everything I need to do requires marble, I need to build a quarry, but the game won't let me. The "quarry build" popup has a blank list of requirements, so I dont know what to do. Any hidden requirements or other things that would be good for me (lvl 4 castle) to know?
To add a new quarry you need to go to the build menu and select Marble. Then tap and drag a 'Quarry' from the bottom bar on to your city area. Quarries (and other production buildings) need to be placed in specific locations. In this case next to the Marble deposits in the city. The game should highlight the correct areas for you.
If its not letting you place it then there maybe some other tutorial steps that you are still working through. Check the prompt at the bottom of the screen for the tutorial steps.
If you still have trouble then you can try contacting the in game support to let them know about the issue.
