Can I wipe my account clean to reset it and start from the beginning again?

You cannot wipe your current game but you can start a new one at any time. You can keep hold of your old account if it is bound if you want, but if you don't log in to it for a couple of weeks it will simply disappear from the province you are in.

To make a new account to to the settings menu and select the account option. When you make the new account it will be in the latest province to be created. You can move it to any other province though for free before you reach level 6.
