I work hard all week to get tickets to recruit legendary hero. Every Thursday I recruit 10 Times for 11 to get a guaranteed legendary hero and week after week I get none. It's becoming really annoying. How can you not get a GUARANTEED hero? Not once or twice, but week after week

Dave W. Answered:

The wording on the Super Recruitment is "Recruit 10 times for guaranteed Epic or legendary heroes". It guarantees at least one hero that is either Epic (purple) or Legendary (orange), but it doesn't guarantee which category it will be in. If you've been getting at least one purple hero when you use the recruit 10x button under Super, that's all they guarantee. Getting an orange hero instead is a matter of luck - purple is more common. But for what it's worth, I have gotten several orange heroes this way over several months of playing the game, so you can get them.

This is correct. The chance of getting an orange hero is a little less than 4%. But on average you should see one pop every 2-3 goes at the '10 times recruit' It is random though so you can have long dry spells or you can sometimes even get 2 at a time.
