AppGamer Answered:

The Wight King is an enemy that is related to the Reign of Chaos event. It appears on the map when the event it live. Military supplies are one of the resource items that are needed to upgrade the Coalition Base camp buildings that are used in the event. If you are not taking part in the event then you don't need them. They will disappear t the end of the event.
