I want to switch accounts. When I go to switch account and then press google play it does nothing! I only see my other account. My mail account is bound to google. What can I do to get into my account?
I am not sure which account you are using now and which one you want to switch to. You can switch to any account that has been successfully bound to an external account. Google play, Facebook or IM30. Each game needs to be bound to s separate external account.
Is you current loaded game bound, successfully? And to something other than google play?
If so then when you try to switch to the game that is bound to google play it should ask you to select the google play account to use to log in with.
If you are not getting a google play log in screen then there may be a glitch in your game. Check that you can access google play from your device (try Google play app).
It may be better to check this with the game support in case they have any known issues with linking to google play at this time. Check the support page for contact options.
